Many commercially available NH2 ( amino ) phases are modified in order to increase stability to hydrolysis.
However, this modification often leads to anomer resolution in sugar
analysis.
|
|
Inertsil NH2 columns are bonded in a manner which does not lead to anomer
resolution, because the primary amino groups are not modified. This
leads to more accurate qualitative and quantitative results. Inertsil NH2 is available in 5 micron
particles in column configurations ranging from capillary to 50mm ID prep sizes.
