  Phases | Inertsil Peptide

Key Benefits and Features of Inertsil Peptide 100Å Column - Part of the Advanced Inertsil Series of Phases
Higher surface area than 300A provides better separation capabilities for smaller peptides
Rigid silica formulation provides physical and chemical stability
   Exceptional reproducibility
Low operating pressures even in highly aqueous conditions

The new Inertsil Peptide column compliments the WP300 Series of Wide-Pore columns for protein and large peptide analysis.  Whereas proteins and large peptides benefit from the increase surface area provided by 300A pores, smaller peptides, for example from 5 - 20 amino acid residues. The WP300 series currently consists of WP300Diol, WP300C4, WP300SIL and Peptide C18.

Inertsil Peptide columns are available in 5 micron particle size in column configurations ranging from capillary to 50mm ID preparative sizes.
